	1 Cylinder Flo-Master Gallon Filler This machine was designed to fill a foamy cleaning product into containers ranging from 16 oz. to gallons. The machine was mounted on a floor stand with casters for portability. a 4 ft. container track with adjustable guide rails was added to make it easier for the operator to move containers in and out of the filling zone. The diving nozzle mechanism lowers the nozzle to the bottom of the container and starts filling as it rises. This action helps to eliminate and minimize foaming of the product. The nozzle also has a positive cut-off at the tip to eliminate dripping. The complete package as shown is priced at $8,500.00.
	3 Cylinder Flo-Master Jr. This machine was designed to draw a sports drink product directly from a 100 gallon tank and dispense it into (3) 8 oz. containers. The three intake lines are connected to a common intake manifold (not shown) so that one line connects the product tank to the manifold. The volume of fill is set by adjusting the large hand wheel. This hand wheel adjusts the volume setting of all three cylinders at the same time. The machine also features a container table that has a back stop that has been machined to the outside diameter of the bottles. This make it easy for the operator to put the bottles in place and they will always being in the correct position under the nozzles for filling. The complete package as shown is priced at $6,495.00.
	4 Cylinder Fillmaster 5000 This machine was designed to fill a children's toothpaste into 8 oz. squeeze bottles. This fully automatic machine features a 10 ft. stainless steel conveyor, diving nozzles for bottom up fill, a suck back system to eliminate product drip and a neck capturing device to insure that the necks of the containers line up precisely with filling nozzles. The diving nozzle mechanism lowers the nozzles to the bottom of the containers and starts filling as it rises. This action helps to eliminate any voids in the product and cut off any stringing of the product at the end of each fill cycle. The complete package as shown is priced at $28,500.00.
	6 Cylinder CF-73 Cartridge Filler/Capper This machine automatically fills and caps 10 oz. caulking tubes at speeds up to 150 tubes per minute. We recently redesigned many features of this model to make it more efficient and operator friendly. This particular machine was sold to a major manufacturer of caulking products and was integrated with a fully automatic tube sorter.
	Fillmaster 5000 transfer pump This unit will pump liquid, viscous and chunky products at speeds up to 30 gallons per minute. This unit was mounted on casters for portability. With the addition of an extended positive cut-off filling nozzle, this unit can act as the pump and a filling machine. The price for the machine as shown is $7,500.00
	Heavy Duty Fillmaster for filling cheese products This machine will fill very viscous products such as cream cheese and peanut butter. This particular machine was sold for filling Farmer's Cheese. This product is loaded in the hopper as a solid, and a special agitator/mixer breaks down the product and allows it to be filled in a paste consistency. It also allows flavors to be added to the mixture. The hopper has a 35 gallon capacity and the entire construction is stainless steel and is made to USDa guidelines. The machine also features an adjustable container table and is foot pedal actuated. The price for the machine as shown is $12,900.00.
	Press Plate Hopper The purpose of this unit is to help fill some of the most highly viscous products that do not readily flow. This unit is an oversize cylinder with a piston that keeps a steady pressure on the product to keep it moving. This unit can also be used as a surge tank/level control to allow direct connection to a pump feed. Price of this option is $4,790.00.
